PrologueThis story originates in those distant times at the dawn of online games, when Warcraft was known to everyone as a series of purely strategic games, and the Internet was not yet so popular. In other words, everything happened in the early 2000s.
Thanks to the article by PC Games magazine, a guy discovered one Mmorpg called Everquest for himself and immediately caught fire to play in it. The usual story for those years: Everquest was one of the most advertised games of those years.
After some time, Paren achieved the purchase of a box with a cherished game, then he created a troll named Blart on the Rallos Zek server. His expectations were not deceived: the game dragged on. No wonder the fan name Everquest (Eternal Search) – Evercrack (Eternal Crack).
After a couple of levels of blarma, already with might and main Rolepneil. The troll came up with a story called «Protection of the Topi» and began to defend his native bridge.
Blyrt played for his pleasure and made many new friends. And so all this would have continued if not for the events of July 2001.
Wild serverThen there were no established patterns for creating online games. It was a time of constant searches. So Sony Online Entertainment decided on one fairly interesting experiment.
In mid -2001, the SULLON ZEK server aimed at the total PVP was created. There was only a minimum set of rules, such as the restrictions of the engine, the inability to attack the players of their faction and characters below the 6th level, as well as a couple of rules.
The characters were either transferred with all the experience and belongings from other PVP servers, or were created again. This was followed by the choice of fraction for everyone: good, evil or neutrality.
As planned by the developers on this server, self -government and hardcore universal PVP should have reigned, so the administration’s intervention was minimal.
SULLON ZEK quickly gained great popularity. Many different people flocked there: from ordinary lovers of battles with a living adversary to cheaters and trolls. Most chose an evil fraction. She seemed the most suitable for such a server.

Blarma did not really like this idea. All these fractions of good and evil, total war and moving to the new server were not for him. He still managed to persuade friends to join the faction of good, for which almost no one played, but it was still not what he wanted.
And then the Troli came up with a brilliant idea: for the accomplished one, you need to take revenge on Sullon Zek according to his own rules.
It was decided to create a new character – bard. Bard was an ideal class for conceived tactics.
So Fansy, the famous bard (Fansy the Famous Bard) was born.

The Bard Class with the “Acceleration” is the fastest in the game, so it could not be afraid of monsters attacks that arranged a pursuit of him. Having collected a sufficient number of monsters in his “death steam locomotive”, Fansy accompanied them to small clusters of players, who were too tough for such numerous enemies. And, most interestingly, other players could not attack Fancy! As we recall, the server rules prohibited the attack of characters who did not reach the 6th level. Fansy was the 5th.

Soon the whole Sullon Zek spoke about him. Each announcement board was full of warnings about Fancy. The best server players were going on hiking in order to pacify the illustrious bard. Only all these attempts were swept away by a wave of hundreds of monsters. Attempts were also made to force the mobs to attack Fancy himself. Which also failed, since not a single spell worked on it.

Fansy even had several fans such as Pansy. But most hated him. He killed more than 350 characters of various levels, many of them more than once. One guy was killed because of him 20 times.
Death in Everquest, and especially on that server, was a rather unpleasant thing. Not only did she have to flee to her dead body for all the equipment, money, and the loot through the forests full of monsters, it could also have so that it could have already turned out that the lifeless body was already robbed to the thread. Plus, precious experience glasses were lost after death. So death crossed many hours of game.
The administration is responding to a responseWhile Fansy terrorized everyone, running in one underwear, Sony Online Entertainment received whole heaps of angry calls to ban the famous bard.
The opinions of the developers were divided. On the one hand, Fansy did not violate a single Sullon ZEK rule, on which, in fact, there were almost no rules where self -government should have reigned. But the subscribers even on the PVP server has remained subscribers, the ignoring of whose requests would meant a possible loss of the audience of the game. At the same time, the players themselves could not eliminate the problem on their own.
On the fifth day of the campaign Fansy, a gammaster with Nick Djembe turned to him.
The illustrious bard said that he did not violate a single server rule.
